Delivery Standards Policy

Canada Post

Shipping rates calculated only at checkout

Canada Post - Regular Parcel

Regular Parcel delivers within 3 business days locally, 4 to 6 business days regionally and 6 to 8 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.

Canada Post - Priorty Courier

1 to 2 business days locally, regionally and nationally (between most major Canadian centres) Service standards are based on the day of purchase (o day) plus the number of business days required for delivery and do not include weekends and statutory holidays. Purchases made on weekends and statutory holidays will be counted as originating on the following business day.

Refund / Exchange Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction; your merchandise selection may be exchanged or refunded with proof of purchase, within 45 days from date of purchase, based on the following conditions:

• Unused merchandise will be exchanged or refunded.
• Refunds on credit card purchases can only be credited to the original credit card account.
• Merchandise showing signs of any manufacturer's defect will be repaired, exchanged or refunded in accordance with the manufacturer's own warranty.
• Please send the items you wish to send back with your receipt that was included in your original shipment.
• No exchange or refund will be permitted on Men's and Ladies under garments, Adaptor Plugs & Converters.

We are not responsible for damage caused by any carrier.

This policy describes the practices which TPI - Journeys Supercentre Inc. uses with regards to collecting personal information, and the protection of same. By purchasing any products from this site, you agree to the collection and use of the information. If you do not agree, please do not order from this site.

Any changes to this policy will be updated and posted on this page, with the current effective date.

There are two types of information that will be collected through this site - personal and non-person information.

Collection and Use

1. Personal information is that information which is obtained from the forms that are filled out by the client when requesting a product or service from TPI - Journeys Supercentre Inc.. This information will include: your name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address and credit card number. When purchasing a product, and completing the necessary forms, personal information for the recipient will also be required.

TPI - Journeys Supercentre Inc. will use the above information collected to complete the transaction initiated by the purchaser. TPI - Journeys Supercentre Inc. will also use what has been provided to do follow up to ensure you are satisfied with the products and services and/or to see how we can serve you better. Credit card information (including address) will be used to bill for the products and services.

The information provided will also be used to send information regarding upcoming specials, new products and features. If you do not want to be notified of this, please send an e-mail to www.journeystravel.ca indicating you would like your name removed from this mailing list.

At no time will any personal information regarding the purchaser and the recipient gathered on this site be sold or rented to another company.

2. Non-personal information is information such as the IP address and that pages that were viewed while on the TPI site. The information gathered will include pages that were visited, the order of same and which products/links where clicked on and how far along the process a person went. The statistics gathered will help to provide a better service to the customer.

There may be times when a survey will be conducted in order to gather opinions and demographic information. No personal information will be requested on these surveys. The answers/data received will be used to better understand what customers are looking for and expecting from the company.

Terms and Conditions

This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use of Journeys Supercentre Inc. By using the TPI website you (the "Member") agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at TPI website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Member agrees to indemnify and hold Journeys Supercentre Inc., its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member's use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Member, or other user of the Service using Member's computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

4. Modifications and Interruption to Service

Journeys Supercentre Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. Journeys Supercentre Inc. shall not be liable to Member or any third party should Journeys Supercentre Inc. exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that Journeys Supercentre Inc. does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the TPI website and operation of this website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

5. Third-Party Sites

This website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. Journeys Supercentre Inc. makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any product provided or offered by any Vendor, and you acknowledge that any reliance on representations and warranties provided by any Vendor shall be at your own risk.

This website is operated from the Province of Manitoba. As such, we are subject to the laws of the Province of Manitoba, and such laws will govern this Terms of Use, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. Member assumes all knowledge of applicable law and is responsible for compliance with any such laws.
